Lori holds a Master's Degree in Public Health with a concentration in Health Behavior from UNC. She boasts multiple certifications in Mental Game Coaching, Lifestyle-based Wellness, and Lifestyle-based Medical Wellness. The Silver Mental Coaching program includes:
  • Athlete's Mental Aptitude Assessment (AMAP) to identify specific mental game challenges.
  • Athlete's Mental Aptitude Test (AMAT) to establish a baseline measurement of your mental game skills.
  • Weekly Mental Game Plan to effectively apply your mental game skills in practice and competition.
  • Four coaching sessions per month, each lasting 45 minutes, to address your individual needs and goals.
  • Unlimited email coaching support to answer any questions that may arise between coaching sessions.

Duration: 1 month

Mental Coaching Process:

As part of our mental coaching process, you will be guided through the following step

Completing Mental Game Assessments:
  • Prior to the start of coaching, you will receive mental game assessments, including the AMAP, AMAT pre-coaching test, and athlete background forms.
  • These assessments provide valuable insights into your mental game and serve as a foundation for our coaching sessions.
Scheduling the First Session:
  • Once you have completed the mental game assessments and athlete forms, we will work together to schedule the first session at a convenient time for you (or your athlete) and our coaching team.
  • Sessions can be held in person at our ashburn, VA  location or conducted remotely via Zoom, FaceTime, or phone from anywhere in the world.
Weekly Coaching Sessions:
  • We will meet on a weekly basis for 45-minute coaching sessions, allowing ample time to address your specific needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Our coaching sessions are designed to provide guidance, support, and practical strategies to enhance your mental game.
Application of Mental Game Skills:
  • Between each coaching session, you will be provided with a workbook and/or audio program to engage in mental game skills practice.
  • These resources are meant to be completed independently and will help you apply the concepts and strategies discussed during our sessions.

Note: If you have an athlete who is 15 years old or younger, we recommend scheduling a free 15-minute introductory session. This will allow us to assess if mental coaching is the right fit for your young athlete's needs and goals.
